Yes, DreamHost is among the top hosting service but the only thing that I do not like is its customized cpanel like GoDaddy. It is not standard Cpanel 11. Anyway, quality is rather important than layout right?
Yup I think it is the Plesk Something Panel, even Fatcow, Ipower, Ipage have the same . I really hate it and many functions are not included

There is another hosting service that serve monthly plan for just $1.99. That is webhostingpad but I have heard many negative feedbacks on their service then I would not recommend it here
